His mother was Temay-pat-sha who died in Little River, Tulsa, Indian Territory. Citizenship was certified in the Creek Nation for Taylor Austin May 13, 1901. On the 1895 Creek Indian Roll 157, he is #1. Enrolled Mar 28, 1902.
