Conference Registration

Members: Please login first so that your information will be pre-filled on the registration form. Non-Members: You will need to completely fill in the registration form.

Online Registration

Online conference registration fees may be paid online by visiting our Online Store and selecting Annual Conference Registration. The Stripe payment portal is available. Select a payment method as either Check With Mail-in Form or Stripe/Credit Card/Digital Wallet. Upon choosing Stripe/Credit Card/Digital Wallet be sure to enter your personal and credit card information prior to hitting SUBMIT. NOTICE: Financial transactions on this website are handled by STRIPE. Stripe works much like the system a merchant uses to process your credit card when you make a purchase in a retail store. Ignore any reference to PayPal you see on these pages because it is not currently installed and may or may not be installed in the future.  You may use a PayPal account (if you have one), but you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using your credit or debt card! To pay by Credit or Debt card:

  1. Click the yellow "Buy Now" button.
  2. Near the bottom, click on the "Pay with Debt or Credit Card" button.
  3. Under "Check out as a Guest", fill in your email, and click the blue "Continue to Payment" button.
  4. Enter your credit/debt card information.
  5. PayPal will offer to save your information using a toggle button. This will create a PayPal account!
  6. Click off the toggle button (turns from black to gray) unless you want to create a PayPal account.
  7. Click "Pay Now as Guest" to complete the registration. You will receive confirmation of your payment.
  8. Choose the "Return to Merchant" button to go back to the AFAOA website page.
  9. Email Conf. Chair with arrival date, earliest Austin ancestors, and interest in early arrival activities.

If you complete your registration online, we ask that you email the Conference Chairman with your arrival date, information on your earliest known Austin ancestors, and your interest in early arrival activities.

Mail-In Registration

If you prefer not to use the Online Payment option, print out the 2026 Conference Registration Form, which is available in the Conference eBlast or on the website under the Annual Conference, 2026 Conference Location. Fill it out completely, and send your registration form, with check payable to AFAOA, to the Conference Registrar:  Austin Families Association, P.O. Box 92, Blooming Glen, PA 18911-0092.
